The pickup/delivery window is 9AM-12PM, orders placed after 12PM will be filled the following day.
Can I provide my own detergent?

I don't have a scale to weigh my clothes, what do I do?
Don't worry if you're unsure about the weight of your clothes and don't have a scale. Our driver will weigh the laundry during pickup, and you will receive an email and app notification with the updated weight and total cost. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve the new total before proceeding.
What is the cost per pound for wash & dry service? Is there a minimum weight?
The price per pound for wash and fold services, as well as the minimum amount of clothes required, may vary depending on the specific laundromat or laundry service provider you choose through ILAUNDRYAPP.
